Auditable beats clever
Building an AI-powered GRC platform taught me that a system nobody can explain to an auditor is a liability, not a feature. Logging and access control ship with the feature, not after.
Ship the smallest valuable slice
Architecture decisions get made once, up front, for the scale you actually need — not the scale you might hit someday.
