Overview

Python backend engineer on ZoomLogi, an AI-native platform that watches healthcare shipments in real time, predicts risks (weather, delays, customs holds), and automates recovery so pharma/biotech/logistics teams can deliver therapies on time. Product context: 500k+ shipments tracked for Fortune 100 and healthcare innovators — a company metric, not a personal KPI.

What I did

•Built and maintained Python backend services powering core logistics and exception workflows across a large multi-module platform
•Designed and handled alarm / exception management — detecting, routing, and resolving operational alerts
•Implemented Kafka-based notification and event flows so alerts and downstream systems stay in sync in near real time
•Contributed across additional platform areas: APIs, data pipelines, and ops-facing backend features
